The website offers a dealer portal with an access request form. When you contact us by email or telephone, we process the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, provide sales follow-up or offer technical support.

Legal basis and retention

Depending on the enquiry, processing is based on steps taken before entering into a contract or performance of a contract, our legitimate interest in responding to and supporting our customers, or a legal obligation. Data is retained for the period needed to handle the enquiry and subsequently in accordance with applicable statutory periods.

Audience measurement and cookie choices

With your prior permission, Google Analytics 4 (ID G-8QZWHRC2FQ) measures visits, estimated countries, traffic sources, machine pages and clicks on contact or quotation-request buttons. The internal counter follows the same audience-measurement choice. Analytics is not loaded and no data is sent to Google before you accept. Advertising features and personalised ads are disabled. We do not send names, dealer contact details or message contents. Clicking an email link does not confirm that an enquiry was sent.

You may accept, reject or customise your choice, then change or withdraw it at any time using “Cookie preferences” in the footer, without losing access to the website. Your choice, its version and its date are stored on this device for 180 days, without a visitor identifier. Analytics cookies _ga and _ga_8QZWHRC2FQ are configured for a maximum of 180 days without automatic renewal. Withdrawal disables measurement, removes these cookies where accessible on our domain and reloads the page to unload the tag.

Google provides the audience-measurement service. Data-sharing settings, data retention and safeguards for transfers must be checked in the terms and settings of the Analytics property. YouTube videos and the OpenStreetMap map load only following a separate request; accepting Analytics does not activate them.

Videos use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode and are only loaded when the visitor chooses to play them. The OpenStreetMap map on the Contact page follows the same principle. A connection is then established with the relevant provider, which applies its own privacy policy.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you may request access to, rectification, erasure or restriction of your data, object to certain processing and, where applicable, request data portability. Contact us at info@paulusstuart.be. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.

Security and recipients

We take reasonable measures to protect the data we receive. It is accessible only to those who need it and to our technical service providers to the extent necessary for their services. It is not sold.

Dealer portal

When you request access, we record your signed-in account ID and email address, name, company, country and language. We use this information to review your request, manage your permissions and notify you of changes. Depending on the available sign-in method, identity is verified through ChatGPT or a temporary email link provided by Supabase. Email sign-in does not require a ChatGPT account. Your email address must be verified and document access remains subject to our approval. Tender Star does not receive or store your ChatGPT password. Administrative changes to access permissions and documents are recorded for accountability.
