TENDER STARMADE IN BELGIUMTender Star parts maintenance
Ultrasound reaches the gaps that are difficult to access with manual brushing. Cavitation dislodges residues from submerged surfaces, including complex geometries.

The principle
Ultrasonic vibrations create tiny bubbles in the bath. As they implode, they produce a cavitation action that dislodges contaminants from the submerged part, including holes, recesses and spaces between blades.
This action complements mechanical cleaning of Tender Star parts and reduces the time spent on hard-to-reach areas. The basket prevents parts from touching the bottom of the tank directly.
CavitationMicrobubbles reach the surface and its gaps.
Designed for the workshop — and beyond
With internal tank dimensions of 300 × 240 × 150 mm, the cleaner is not limited to Tender Star parts. It is suitable for many small items, provided each part fits freely in the basket without stacking, and the bath can circulate all around it.
Four functions
The digital panel lets you select frequency, temperature and duration, with a degassing mode and alternating sweep.
Fine, intensive cleaning suited to complex shapes, recesses and hard-to-reach areas.
A more vigorous action for cleaning surfaces and more stubborn soiling.
Alternates between 33 and 40 kHz to distribute the action throughout the tank and limit ultrasonic fatigue.
Intermittent operation that removes dissolved gases from the bath before the cleaning cycle.
A controlled cycle
A simple sequence to follow in accordance with the operating instructions and the safety data sheet for the product used.
Close the valve, fill the tank and maintain a minimum liquid depth of 7 cm.
Place the parts in the basket without stacking them, leaving enough space for the bath to circulate.
Select the frequency, duration and temperature. A range of 40 to 60 °C is generally suitable for cleaning.
After the cycle, rinse the parts under running water, then dry them in accordance with your hygiene procedure.

Cleaning is not sterilisation
The ultrasonic cleaner removes soiling and facilitates access to complex areas. It does not sterilise. Rinsing, drying and, where required, disinfection must always follow your internal procedure.
