TENDER STARMADE IN BELGIUMProfessional parts maintenance
A professional formula designed for thorough cleaning of Tender Star blade blocks and removable parts. It can be used by soaking or in an ultrasonic bath to reach hard-to-access areas.

Complementary action
The product acts on fats, oils, blood and protein residues. The microbubbles created by ultrasound carry this action around the part, between blades and into contours that are difficult to brush directly.
Ultrasonic cleaning does not replace the hygiene procedure: after the cycle, parts must be thoroughly rinsed, dried and then disinfected when required by your protocol.
Indicative settings
Start with a bath at a concentration of 5 %. The concentration can be increased for more stubborn soiling, in accordance with the safety data sheet.
For a tank containing 10 litres of final solution, this corresponds to approximately 0.5 litres of product topped up with water.
The specified operating range is 20 to 70 °C. The recommended cycle temperature is ideally 60 °C.
A short cycle is generally sufficient when parts are maintained regularly.
Extend the cycle without exceeding 30 minutes for thorough cleaning.
