TENDER STARMADE IN BELGIUMManual meat tenderiser
The professional manual solution for tenderising meat without changing its appearance, while preserving its flavour and juices.

Designed for professionals
Each blade is designed and sharpened to distribute incisions precisely. The meat retains its original appearance but becomes tender and juicy without being shredded or torn.
Parts in contact with the meat can be removed completely for inspection, cleaning and disinfection.
The meat stripper plate, spacer and blade block can be disassembled and reassembled in seconds without tools.
The high-quality stainless steel and polyacetal construction is suitable for regular professional use.
The design protects the user during operation, disassembly and cleaning.

The heart of the machine
A machine may be technically advanced: if its blades lack precision, toughness or consistency, the result will never meet expectations. That is why Tender Star spent several years developing a blade of the highest quality, using a proprietary design process kept carefully confidential.

Each blade is formed from high-quality rolled stainless steel, with a thickness of 0.8 mm. Its spring properties give it the toughness needed to remain as straight as possible under repeated loads, while its meticulous finish eliminates burrs that could affect cutting or tear the meat fibres. This precision leaves virtually no visible marks beyond the micro-incisions needed for tenderising.
Sharpening is carried out on CNC machines. This process ensures a precise, repeatable bevel on every blade for consistent penetration, even treatment and meat that retains its natural appearance. This attention to detail is essential: where an ordinary blade limits a machine’s performance, a Tender Star blade allows the entire mechanism to realise its full potential.
We manufacture over 20 000 blades per year, with the same precision requirements for every one.

Technical data
No electrical or hydraulic connection is required.
Capacity is a theoretical estimate for one operator. It varies according to cut weight and shape, number of strokes and working pace. A rate approaching 200 kg/h may be achieved briefly under favourable conditions but is not a guaranteed continuous rate.
Use
PositionPull the board towards you and place the meat on it.
TenderisePush the board back, then lower and raise the operating arm.
AdjustRepeat until the desired level of tenderising is achieved.
