TENDER STARMADE IN BELGIUMManual meat press
Quickly flatten schnitzels, escalopes and portions of meat with minimal effort while precisely controlling the final thickness.
This manual meat flattener produces evenly pressed escalopes and schnitzels. The meat press is intended for boneless meat.

A simple action
The long handle multiplies the operator’s force, with no motor or electrical connection.
Place the portion of meat on the sliding board and position it under the plate.
Lower the operating arm. The mechanical advantage develops over one tonne of pressing force to flatten the meat quickly.
Pull the board towards you and remove the evenly flattened meat, ready for breading, cooking or portioning.

Two finishes
The plate can be removed quickly to choose the appropriate working surface and make cleaning easier.

Built-in hygiene
The Tender Press is made from stainless steel and food-grade POM. The board and plate in contact with the meat can be removed quickly without tools for inspection, brushing, cleaning, rinsing and disinfection. Clean with warm soapy water or a suitable bactericidal agent. Do not exceed 60 °C, as higher temperatures can deform the parts.
